About Overseer R.L. Boston was born in Oklahoma City, OK on October 1, 1968. He is a 1986 graduate of Lawton High School. Raised as military brat, he also joined the Navy in 1988 where he learned obedience and discipline. He served for 4 years where he fought in Desert Shield and Desert Storm, earning medals such as the Southwest Asia Service medal and the National Defense Service medal. His occupation was one of great importance, having to launch the naval aircrafts from the flight deck. Overseer Boston’s Naval air station was in Norfolk, VA where he remained until he was honorably discharged from his naval duties. Overseer Boston is family-oriented, being a devoted husband to First Lady Berlinda K. Boston for 31 years. They share two children, Brittany and Dante’, as well as two grandchildren, Joshua and Elijah.
He has dedicated his life to the study of God’s Word, continuously fulfilling the Great Commission as stated in Matthew 28:19. He made the decision to attend Liberty University where he graduated in 2021, Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical and Theological Studies.
